I set out to make an artwork that would be at home in a musician’s rehearsal space.

Music Room is built from the everyday rituals of making music: a well-loved electric guitar, a wall of handwritten reminders, and the quiet clutter of practice. Layered text and fragments of musical language form a collage-like backdrop. This captures that familiar space where ideas are tested, repeated, and slowly shaped into something that sings.

Warm tones and graphic contrast give the piece a lively hum, balancing comfort with energy. Music Room is a portrait of creativity in its natural habitat: where songs begin, where mistakes are welcome, and where sound becomes personal.
