All artwork descriptions, sizes, and details are provided as accurately as possible.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (for example, due to availability or pricing errors).
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the available payment methods.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 7 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
7. Returns and Refunds

Custom commissions
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty:
* Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
* Provide photos of the damage
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
